@KatysCartoons Wouldn't it be a lot easier if we did actually find a way to make people with gender dysphoria be comfortable with the body they were born in without surgery? It's two solutions to the same problem, change the mind to match the body or the body to match the mind
@redeemed_zoomer @soloINGmaster I agree with your point and respect a lot of what you do, but ad hominem attacks won't help people become better people or better Christians
@SuccubusMarble @Aron_Ra@BenZeisloft Nobody in the pro-life movement does it to control women, if there was an easier way to prevent the loss of the unborn we would. We live in a world where contraceptives and sex education are more available than ever, and still don't stop abortions resulting from consensual sex.
@Aron_Ra@BenZeisloft That's a pretty intense extrapolation of the scripture, there is the instance of God punishing the wicked but abortion was clearly never something to be desired in the Bible.
@jones64689@BenZeisloft It's not about what we think is best for us, it's about following what God has called us to do. Yes, God has given us free will, and that includes turning away from him, but religion is not for us to change the Bible to fit whatever we want, it's meant to change us.
@BenZeisloft While I believe in the same God as you, abortion ins't wrong just for that reason, we know it's wrong because of what's written on our hearts. Even if there was nothing explicitly written regarding abortion or the taking of innocent lives we must protect those made in God's image
@RavenSkyeRL@March_for_Life You're overgeneralizing, every innocent life should be protected and many of us are for limiting our own rights to protect the rights of others (such as the 2nd amendment).
@JML907_WA @March_for_Life Even with going to the extremes, isn't it often liberals who are most against the death penalty? Either way, most pro-life people will explain their views by arguing how it's the lives of the innocent that should be protected.
@StandRun@March_for_Life Of course they do, abortion is just a case where sometimes you have the will of the mother vs the life of a child so you need to sacrifice the comfort of a pregnant woman to protect the life of a child.
@CeeCee7165@March_for_Life I mean, that's kinda like saying cosmetic surgery is always healthcare. Yes people can argue abortion CAN be necessary to save the mother's life, but the vast majority of abortions aren't for that reason.
@CrispinCowan0@March_for_Life In the majority of abortion cases it's not really forcedbirth though, contraceptives and sex education are now more widely available than ever before, and even abstinence is an option for anyone who truly wants to avoid having a child.
@vegasexpats @March_for_Life This seems like a misleading poll, I know many people who would never call themselves pro-choice but would still support abortion in very special circumstances (such as when the mother's life is at risk).
@Miss_Misery513@March_for_Life It's not mutually exclusive, many people who are pro-life value the entire life, in no scenario is it okay to end an innocent life, and we'll continue to fight for protections during any stage of life
@demsforlife Things like this are the actions I wish more people who call themselves pro-life would advocate for, it's a shame that I can agree with the Democratic Party on so much but abortion
@jk_rowling I respect you actually following scientific studies and just reasoning, even with all of that hate that goes around please keep on advocating for sound reasoning. We need more beacons of light in this world of darkness
