@putinspuddz5@tea_andtoads Woah dude are you forgetting that if a patient is cognitive they are still able to give and revoke consent? If they are deemed competent they are within their legal rights to refuse service regardless of what's best for them. Infringing on this can get you sued or worse.
@Lesbiacrus@Basil_Mage It's pretty unethical to be using experimental diets on animals who cannot consent, the whole foundation of veganism. What's the difference between you using new science on your cat food and labs using new science on a bunny? You're both testing on them without consent.
@Lesbiacrus@Basil_Mage And mind you, YOU are the one not capable of googling clearly because you needed me to be the one to tell you. If you were so interested in vegan alternative why isnt that you already knew the brands I'm referencing?
@Lesbiacrus@Basil_Mage I worked at an animal hospital, I'm well aware of pet food brands. There arent many options but all of them are soy-based, Wild Earth and Benevo are the two most popular followered by ami cat.
@Lesbiacrus@Basil_Mage The main ingredient in these vegan alternatives is soy which is harmful for cats. You supplementing their main vitamins does not negate the harm you are inflicting. And rabbits ARE great indoor pets, they can be free roam and even trained to use a litter box.
@downorwhaet@FadhelShel Ahri and Kai'sa skin made record breaking profits in its first few hours of their debut. You know what happened 2 months later? Layoffs, including the person who designed and modeled 500$ Ahri.
@omniwasnthere@gg_EZ_lol If your argument is the topic at hand is gacha, the Ahri skin I referenced is not a gacha skin. It is an absurdly priced skin.
GRANTED, the gambling component should never exist in videogames if you ask me
if Riot wants to price their skins with absurd amounts they should be able to do it —but WITHOUT the lure of the 0.5% chance causing players to burn money they wouldn't otherwise spend
@gg_EZ_lol "Riot should get to price their skins at 500 dollars uwu" creator of Faker Ahri skin got laid off. You want the company to make absurd profits but couldnt care less about the creators themselves not receiving a dime extra for their "premium" work.
@gg_EZ_lol The way I wish I never found your twitter because I used to enjoy your content until I found out you were a raging petulant child desperately trying to simp for a company that takes work from artists and then lays them off same year.
@iiberiangal@plastic_nugget@conniekettel Even the claim of there being no physical contract is an assumption, there is no evidence that indicates whether this to be false or true. However, with a third party there is a confirmed witness to this agreement, even if there is no paperwork, there is someone to attest to it.
@iiberiangal@plastic_nugget@conniekettel If that's the case then the entirety of your arguments are based on assumption. I'm trying to be unbiased and only taking what's been stated legally as fact. "it wouldn't be hard to believe" That is an assumption, there is no current evidence that supports this belief.
@iiberiangal@plastic_nugget@conniekettel That isn't specified in the suit you told me to read over and over, where is the source that says this is true? If again, I'm reading it correctly, I would assume their terms and condition IS generalized unless stated otherwise.
@iiberiangal@plastic_nugget@conniekettel Which also makes me question if it was never renegotiated then wouldn't it be assumed that the restrictions were still in place?
