Two of our members had the opportunity to attend a presentation in Dublin this evening by the @AmbulanceNAS for National Volunteering Week, recognising the work done by Community First Responders throughout the COVID19 pandemic. @ARoss_NASNL_CEO@CFRIreland
It's very fitting that today's presentation fell on the day dedicated to healthcare volunteers.
We'd like to say a massive thank you to all our volunteers and to everyone who volunteers their time. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to our community.
A big thank you to Servier Ireland Industries, Arklow for their donation as part of their CSR (corporate, social, responsibility) programme. Helping out local charities and voluntary organisations in the community. John Gahan presented the cheque on their behalf.

Delighted to hear An Taoiseach @MichealMartinTD recognising the work being done by our dedicated @AmbulanceNAS community first responders.
They have evolved their practices to provide emergency care in their communities with safety a priority while responding in a pandemic.
We're delighted to be back responding with @AmbulanceNAS. Special Thanks to @AvocaCfr and @BrayCFR for helping get our volunteers re-certified and to @ARoss_NASNL_CEO for the PPE assessments recently.
