A simple example: earning your first ₹1 crore is usually the hardest because you start with no capital, fewer resources, and limited opportunities.

Infrastructure works the same way. Building 100 km of highways in a $500 billion economy is very different from building 1,000 km in a $4 trillion economy. The scale, resources, and capacity are not the same.
