@Plutus_Support I've been waiting for months for a reply to my email to support. It's a disgrace. The support AIagent doesn't even know how to change the payment card for a subscription! If things worked the way they're supposed to, support wouldn't be overwhelmed. That doesn't happen at a bank!
And in other news…PLU has been delisted from KuCoin.
@RossMotley - seriously…why don’t you knock this on the head? “Big Plutus announcement” - it’s just becoming old news. Are they going to announce why customers with old accounts are being charged premiums for a service they no longer subscribe to? What exactly are you trying to promote here? I just don’t get it???

KuCoin has now fully removed $PLU.
Searching PLU on KuCoin does not reveal any results.
When using the old links that went to the PLU/USDT pair, these are now redirected to BTC/USDT pair.

@Plutus_Support Similar…a freshly charged subscription in an account that was closed 6 months ago…no response to emails, chat, zero customer service. Now having to again route via banking chargeback.
To ‘everybody’, avoid this shocking shambles of a product at absolutely all costs.
$PLU delisted on kucoin and $PLUS has ~zero volume. meanwhile @Plutus have been charging seemingly every card they have on file a subscription fee (including those that left years ago).
@plutus my experience with Plutus has been horrible lately. they have unilaterally removed my access to the app with no explaination, and currently I still don’t have access to the app. My premium expires next month and I do not know how to cancel. no news on payouts. @plutus

@Look4BetterDays@plutus No, you have not. Plutus does not have a banking partner, so no card.
If you did just join, then you would have to subscribe and stake $PLU / $PLUS. Most of the giftcards do not work and you can get a better deal elsewhere for no subscription or stake.
It's a SCAM.
@plutus Stay away from Plutus. They no longer respond to customers and are charging the subscription multiple times in the same month. The company seems to be sinking!
