Google Omni vs Seedance 2.0 — Golf Test ⛳🔥
Extreme ball tracking, macro realism, cinematic pacing, long-distance final shot… both models handled this very differently.
Prompt below 👇
FORMAT: 10s · ultra cinematic sports realism · fast pacing · dynamic golf commercial energy
SUBJECT:
Professional golfer hitting a golf ball with a driver club during golden-hour sunlight on a massive championship golf course. Hyper-detailed golf ball, grass particles, cinematic athletic motion, realistic swing mechanics.
CAMERA STYLE:
Macro close-up → ultra-fast whip tracking → rear ball chase cam → aerial velocity tracking → low ground skim → hole reveal → impact finish.
EFFECTS:
Flying grass particles, dirt spray, realistic ball spin, sunlight glints on ball surface, motion compression, subtle lens vibration, speed ramps, dynamic depth blur.
LIGHTING:
Warm golden sunset lighting, dramatic long shadows, natural sunlight reflections, realistic sports-commercial contrast.
AUDIO:
Only realistic sound effects (SFX), no background music, no cinematic score, no music layers. Focus on natural environmental sounds and action-based audio only.
🎞️ TIMELINE
0:00–0:01 — BALL SETUP
Extreme macro close-up of golf ball resting on tee. Driver club slowly enters frame beside the ball. Tiny grass blades moving in the wind.
DIRECTOR NOTE: Create tension before impact using micro camera shake and shallow depth focus.
(Camera: ultra-macro push-in with subtle handheld breathing)
(SFX: distant wind, faint crowd ambience, glove adjustment)
0:01–0:02 — IMPACT
The driver violently strikes the golf ball. Grass and dirt explode outward in slow-motion for a split second before speed ramps instantly.
DIRECTOR NOTE: Make the impact feel explosive and powerful.
(Camera: high-speed side impact shot → snap velocity ramp)
(SFX: sharp club crack, dirt burst, air snap)
0:02–0:04 — BALL FLIGHT TRACKING
Camera aggressively tracks directly behind the golf ball flying through the air at extreme speed above the course. Trees, bunkers, and fairway blur beneath.
DIRECTOR NOTE: The viewer should feel attached to the ball mid-flight.
(Camera: rear-follow chase cam with dynamic stabilization and micro vibration)
(SFX: intense wind rush, distant birds)
0:04–0:06 — AERIAL SWEEP
Camera swings around the spinning golf ball in mid-air while sunlight reflects dramatically across its surface. Huge golf course visible below.
DIRECTOR NOTE: Add cinematic breathing space while maintaining speed.
(Camera: fast aerial orbit with motion-compression effect)
(SFX: fast air tearing, subtle spin whistle)
0:06–0:08 — DESCENT
The ball rapidly drops toward the green. Camera skims inches above the grass tracking the descending ball as it bounces once and rolls aggressively toward the hole.
DIRECTOR NOTE: Increase suspense before final payoff.
(Camera: ultra-low ground tracking with realistic bounce shake)
(SFX: grass impact, rolling friction, crowd gasp)
0:08–0:10 — FINAL SHOT
The golf ball rolls perfectly into the hole from long distance. Tiny dirt particles shake around the cup. Camera quickly pushes toward the hole as the ball disappears inside.
DIRECTOR NOTE: End with satisfying precision and clean payoff energy.
(Camera: rapid push-in → centered hole reveal)
(SFX: clean ball drop into cup, distant crowd eruption, soft wind fade)

Realistic 10-second single unbroken video of a female gymnast on Olympic balance beam. Close tracking camera follows her smoothly. She does back handspring, aerial cartwheel, split leap, and full turn, ending with clean dismount. Focus on balance physics, precise footwork, intense facial concentration, natural leotard movement, and soft landing. Bright arena lighting, hyper realistic.

Some people are attacking me with rude and racist comments just because I shared the actual results openly. Some are saying it’s “just an editing feature” — but if that’s true, then why does the Gemini app provide only the Google Omni model for video generation?
Not everyone is going to use Google Flow for generating videos. It’s better to accept the real results honestly instead of getting defensive. I also want Google’s video generation model to improve because more competition is good for everyone.
Wishing the Google team the very best for future updates and improvements 🙌

@PercepTeck No, I didn’t manually edit anything in Google Omni… When I tried it with the storyboard, Google Omni was generating the dialogues very late. I tried Google Omni at least 5–6 times, and the same issue happened every single time.
🚨 Huge timing issue with Google Omni…
Just tested a full storyboard with Google Omni, and the dialogues are clearly speaking late 😩
Everything feels delayed and out of sync. 🤦🤷
Anyone else facing this issue?
