RAVACHOR RECORDS OÜ: OUR WORKING MODELS AND LONG-TERM VISION — PART 3/3
OUR ESTONIA-BASED AND ONLINE STRUCTURE
As an Estonia-based company operating through a digital-first structure, Ravachor Records can work with independent artists across different cities and countries without making physical location an immediate barrier.
Contractual processes, project management, distribution, rights administration, artist management, mixing and mastering, and release operations can all be coordinated online.
This allows artists to continue creating from their existing locations while gaining access to the structure, operational systems, and international perspective of a European-based independent record label.
Our online working model also allows us to maintain regular communication, monitor project development, coordinate deliverables, and provide services without limiting our activities to a single geographical market.
OUR LONG-TERM VISION
Our long-term objective is to establish our own recording studio and business centre in Estonia.
Once this structure is operational, we plan to bring selected artists we work with to our Estonia-based centre for recording, production, rehearsals, project development, and other professional creative processes.
We aim to bring a significant portion of our digitally delivered services together within one physical centre, creating a more comprehensive and integrated working environment for our artists and partners.
The Estonia-based centre is intended to strengthen direct connections between our artists and European music professionals, studios, organisations, event partners, and other industry stakeholders.
It will also provide a foundation for international collaborations, live performance opportunities, licensing initiatives, professional development, and broader access to the European music industry.
Ravachor Records is not focused solely on managing individual releases. Our long-term objective is to contribute to the development of sustainable international careers for the artists and projects we choose to work with.

RAVACHOR RECORDS OÜ: OUR WORKING MODELS AND LONG-TERM VISION — PART 1/3
Ravachor Records OÜ is an Estonia-based independent record label.
We do not place every artist or project into the same working model. We assess the current stage of the music, the artist’s needs, available resources, artistic identity, professional discipline, and long-term potential before determining the most appropriate structure for each project.
Our objective is not to force artists into a standardised system. We aim to establish a professional, sustainable, and commercially realistic framework tailored to each project.
OUR WORKING MODELS
DISTRIBUTION AND DIGITAL RELEASE OPERATIONS
We work with artists whose music is ready for release, but our involvement is not necessarily limited to delivering recordings to digital platforms.
Depending on the project, our work may include release planning, metadata preparation, platform delivery, artist profile management, and essential post-release operations.
Each release is planned individually according to the artist’s objectives, the condition of the material, and the operational requirements of the project.
ARTIST-FUNDED PROJECTS
We work on a project basis with artists who wish to finance their own production, release, visual development, and promotional processes.
The scope of work is not identical for every artist. A tailored project plan is developed by evaluating the artist’s existing material, specific requirements, available budget, release objectives, and overall creative direction.
Depending on the project, the scope may extend beyond digital distribution and include production, visual identity, release operations, and promotional planning.
LABEL-FUNDED PROJECTS
Ravachor Records may invest in selected projects whose artistic identity, music, professional discipline, and long-term potential align with our direction.
The scope of a label-funded project may include production, recording, visual development, distribution, promotion, and release operations, depending on the specific requirements of the project.
The label-funded model is not a general or publicly available promise of financing. Each potential investment is evaluated according to the artist, the music, the team, the proposed budget, professional readiness, and long-term release strategy.
Every project is reviewed independently, and the final scope is established through a project-specific working structure.

ONLINE MIXING AND MASTERING
We provide online mixing and mastering services independently from our recording and distribution agreements.
We prepare recordings for professional commercial release and determine the technical delivery requirements, revision process, and required master formats according to the needs of each project.
This service is not limited to artists releasing through Ravachor Records. Independent artists and bands preparing their own releases may also work with us for online mixing and mastering.
RIGHTS ADMINISTRATION
We provide rights administration services designed to support the professional management of artists’ works and repertoires.
Depending on the artist’s needs, this may include support with PRO-related processes, work registrations, repertoire administration, metadata organisation, royalty-related operations, and associated administrative procedures.
The scope of the service is determined individually after reviewing the artist’s existing rights structure, registration status, repertoire, and operational requirements.
Our objective is to help ensure that works are properly registered and that the relevant rights administration processes are handled through an organised, traceable, and professional framework.
ARTIST MANAGEMENT
We work with selected artists on career planning, professional representation, release strategy, brand development, commercial opportunities, collaborations, and long-term career development.
Each management relationship is structured individually according to the artist’s objectives, current career stage, professional requirements, and long-term direction.
Artist management and recording agreements are assessed independently. Working with an artist in a management capacity does not automatically mean that the artist will release music through Ravachor Records.
