@FitbitSupport Yeah, thanks. I have done that and it says it is synced, it is collecting all my data. But now the problem is it won't sync up with my GPS. It will not map my workouts.

@FitbitSupport my fitbit charge 3 absolutely will not sync to my phone's bluetooth anymore. I've spent idk how much time trying to figure this out. The device is authorized. My phone's bluetooth is on. It won't detect my fitbit charge 3. No problem detecting other devices
