Groundbreaking news in trans healthcare today: the first-ever randomized controlled trial of gender-affirming care finds that hormone therapy significantly reduces dysphoria, depression, and suicidality in trans patients

For the first time, a randomized controlled trial has been published regarding gender affirming care.

The treatment group receiving care saw a 55% reduction in suicidality, compared to 5% of control.
