Wyoming just made history.
The RAVEN Act has passed both chambers and is headed to the Governor's desk, creating the first-ever recurring state funding account for Wyoming's ICAC Task Force.
Combined with $12M in federal community project funding for ICACs, and $3M in Florida, RAVEN is building real support for task forces facing record caseloads. This is just the start.

Co-sponsoring a bill is not just a formality. It is a political signal. 📣
When Members of Congress cosponsor legislation, they go on record as champions for the issue and show leadership it is worth bringing to the floor.

Unanimous consent is one procedural path that allows Congress to take action when no member objects. While most bills move through committee review first, tools like this can advance measures faster due to broad support.
Raven’s ENFORCE Act moved forward through unanimous consent, bringing Congress closer to addressing legislative gaps related to generative AI and online exploitation.

Proud moment for Raven. The Resource Allocation for Victim and Enforcement Needs (RAVEN) Act has been introduced in Wyoming to strengthen ICAC capacity.
This effort will establish state funding to reinforce federal support that has not kept pace with caseload growth.
We are grateful to the sponsoring legislators for advancing this effort, and we look forward to continued collaboration to move it toward passage.

Today is #SaferInternetDay.
Online threats facing kids continue to evolve, from sextortion schemes and financial coercion to AI-generated deepfakes and coordinated exploitation networks.
We are sharing resources focused on awareness, warning signs, and response because protection starts with understanding how these harms actually show up.

Congratulations to the Sacramento ICAC Task Force on receiving Congressional Project Funding, and thank you to @RepBera for championing this work.
Raven is grateful to play a role in expanding these critical resources, and we’re so glad to see this crtiical work recognized and supported.
Congressionally directed spending passed, delivering $12M next fiscal year to 19 ICAC task forces nationwide.
Raven led these efforts, with @DuntonLaw leading the application process for each task force.
Thank you to Congress and the House and Senate offices that championed these earmarks. Onward.
Capitol Hill is complicated. It shouldn’t be confusing.
Introducing Capitol Cheat Sheets, a new series from Raven.
We’re starting with “community projects”
House = Congressional Project Funding
Senate = Congressionally Directed Spending
Led by Raven + Executive Director @DuntonLaw - more coming soon.
Great to be on the ground with New Jersey’s ICAC Task Force this week. Thanks to Ergin & Paul for welcoming us — always better in person.
Excited to see plans take shape in 2026.
Keeping kids safe, one state at a time.
The PROTECT Our Children Reauthorization Act is set to cross the finish line. Our community spoke up, and it mattered. This bill sustains ICACs through 2028, but more funding is still needed to meet growing demand. Onward.
Yesterday, the Senate unanimously passed the ENFORCE Act. Drafted and advanced by Raven, this bill moved in less than 3 months to close dangerous loopholes around AI-generated CSAM. Onward to the House so this critical bill becomes law.
Email Congress TODAY to protect kids from online predators. The Protect Our Children Act funds ICAC Task Forces that identify predators, rescue kids & stop exploitation. Without it, child-rescue work is at risk.
Chairman Jim Jordan can ensure it passes. Urge support: [email protected]

Today, John Pizzuro steps away as CEO of Raven to pursue new challenges. From day one, he helped shape our mission to strengthen the nation’s response to online child exploitation and advance legislation. We are grateful for his unwavering commitment and wish him every success.
Partnerships like ours are imperative to accelerating justice for children across the country while supporting law enforcement officers working to protect them.
Thank you, Cellebrite, @Cellebrite for your continued support of Raven and your dedication to ending online child exploitation.
