When my Uncle passed from cancer (I was his caregiver), I believe God took him when He did to spare him further suffering that was unseen to us.

After 10 strokes I cannot recall favorite foods. Most things are *new, so-to-speak, for me to try.

I had to relearn how to read recipes (math uggg) and how to safely cook. That alone took two years. So anything without using my gas range is a good thing. Plus, Summer= salads.
