@Nogooner_76@pzultior I agree! If small steps work better for you then pursue it! There is no iron clad way on breaking an addiction. And yeah, cold turkey is hard. You get the worst cravings out the bat, you gotta be prepared for a war if you do it.
@Nogooner_76@pzultior For me, going cold turkey was the only way to quit smoking because I can't moderate intake. So personally I subscribe to straight nofap. However, reducing the amount is also good! It really depends on the person and what works for them

@Minami_Oishii For my home life stress. I uh, compartmentalize and handle it via priority levels. I'm weirdly unbothered in life with stress, so I'm seen as the chill friend. (Because I actively strive to handle or remove the stressor lmao)
@Minami_Oishii Ty! And honestly for me I just take a really cold shower after work as a cleansing ritual. It helps me leave work at work personally. Everyone is different though so it may not work for you. A quick cat nap(30 mins or less) also do the same thing for me (Cont)
