Hey @Popeyes, let me tell you a little story. I walk in to my nearest location hoping to simply order a #4 2 piece with rice & beans, a biscuits and a coke.

But am told I have to place my order on the kiosk. 👎 Not so welcoming.

I LOVE your chicken compared to KFC but I do not love the inconsistency and NEED to have to have something corrected in order to enjoy a meal.

Maybe I've learned my lesson and will stop with you altogether?
