The NCAA has increased its available scholarships in all sports, and TnF/XC leads the way, AGAIN! Starting 2025-2026, TnF skollys can rise from 12 (men) and 18 (women) up to 45 each! In XC, up from 5 men, 6 women, up to 17 each. Nuff said!

Might as well jump! Junior Krisangel Arce putting in high jump work at sunrise this morning. Arce will compete this Saturday at the FHSAA State Finals in both high jump and long jump.
