Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming 147 girls representing 61 schools across 3 states for our annual L.I.F.T. conference!

The @Ravens Leading and Inspiring Females to Thrive (L.I.F.T.) Conference is designed to empower the next generation of female athletes by helping them harness and develop their leadership skills both on and off the field.

We are grateful to every student-athlete, speaker, volunteer and partner who made this year’s event impactful and inspiring! 💜

Let’s hear it for this seasons's final #CommunityMVP: Derrick Henry 🙌

The @Ravens running back brought holiday magic to Baltimore, Nashville, and Yulee, FL through his Two All Foundation. First, in his team city, he worked with social workers to identify 60 students most in need at Curtis Bay and Commodore John Rodgers elementary schools, giving them gift cards at a festive event complete with holiday cheer and photos with the Grinch. Then, in Nashville, 70 Boys & Girls Club kids enjoyed shopping sprees, courtesy of “Uncle D.”

Derrick capped off the initiative back home in Yulee, Florida, with his annual holiday giveaway, where 500 kids picked out toys.
