@EwanMHarrison My father, Ken Draper (deceased) worked for Frank Rutter in the late ‘50s early 60’s including Fourah Bay - in fact we lived in Freetown as a family in ‘62/63. Frank’s practice did a lot of educational stuff in former “colonies” - Jamaica, Fiji and Guyana spring to mind.
