However, just as my mother went to purchase a ticket, a group of individuals began attempting to cut the line in order to procure tickets through unfair means. I said to them, "Brothers, everyone else is standing in line to get a ticket; you should do the same."

When I approached the Railway Police, they reviewed the CCTV footage and confirmed that my bag was indeed captured on camera being taken away; however, I have neither received a copy of the CCTV footage nor has any action been taken regarding this incident. Please help.

But instead, they began arguing with me. Shortly thereafter, a group of about five or six of them ganged up and attacked me. During this scuffle, one of the individuals snatched my bag and fled with it.
