यदि माल आपूर्तिकर्ता को अपना GSTR-1लेटफीस के साथ फाइल करने की सुविधा दे रहा हैं तो 11/13 तारीख के बाद ITC प्राप्तकर्ता को क्यों नहीं मिलेगा❓अगर ITC नही ही देना है तो GSTR -1को IFF की तर्ज पर 11/13 को ही बंद क्यो नहीं किया जाता❓ये तो स्पष्ट रूप से जुल्म है‼️

15 फरवरी 2022 ITR भरने की अंतिम तिथि है इसलिए 15 फरवरी 2022 तक TAR की तिथि बढ़ाने में ना तो कोई वैधानिक परेशानी होनी चाहिए ना ही व्यवहारिक।
अभी की हालात पर सिर्फ सहानुभूति पूर्वक विचार करने की आवश्यकता है।
