@SaujanyaChaudh4@IndiGo6E Sort of a similar situation. They lost my checked in baggage. Returned it after more than 60 hours, only with both the handles snapped off. It looks more intentional than a baggage handling issue. Didn’t even bother to give me a baggage damage report.
@IndiGo6E I wish to formally escalate this matter and request appropriate compensation for the significant financial losses and missed commitments I have incurred due to IndiGo’s negligence in mishandling my baggage, which remained lost for six days.
1. @IndiGo6E this is regarding my journey on board Indigo flight 6E-813 from Goa to Indigo on 18th October 2025. My checkin luggage has been damaged beyond repair and I need a replacement from you as compensation.
@IndiGo6E customer relations team is the worst, even after locating the lost bag, they expect the passenger to come and collect it. Worst part, no one takes any action. Unbelievable!
