@ItalyinIndia such poor handling of immigration matters. First you deny me boarding a flight to Italy and now you say that you are not responsible for it!!! SUCH A SHAME. it's been 3 days that I have been sending mails and calling the helpline number and you don't answer....1/n

@airindia VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You deported me even after the immigration cleared my documents and stamped on the passport. Shouldn't it be the job of immigration department!!

@airindia @airindia renewal receipts don't have an expiry. They are valid until I receive my processed visa from the govt.

@airindia @airindia can you mention specifically what documents I'm missing. I have all the required documents as required by Italian government and I even confirmed with the Italian authorities about the same issue before travelling to India and they told me that it's not at all a problm

@Maruti_Corp @Maruti_Corp you have been escalating from more than week and still don't have an answer of when can I have my car back. Other companies deliver a brand new car in 2 months and you can't make a spare part!!

@Maruti_Corp you have the worst car service. It's been 1.5 months that I left my car at your service center by paying an advance of 30k INR and you still can't service it. What's the point of buying your car if you can't handle a simple part replacement for 1.5 months. Shame!
