Today brought deeper levels of concern for our members. So many have taken the tough decision to lay off staff, keeping a skeleton team in place to simply keep door open (eg 1 Restaurant of 26 staff now down to 4) & many more have closed until further notice. This is fact.

The amazing First Lady of Irish food left us today. Myrtle Allen of @Ballymaloe gave me (as advocate for @RawMilkIreland) the best & simplest way to define milk, terroir & Irish Food, which she in turn received from her local dairy farmer: “that field always made great butter”
