@bt_uk is this really good service when an agent disconnects you instead of trying to assist you? This is becoming a regular occurrence along with all the unfulfilled promises and lies, zero lack of ownership and repeated mistakes/errors. My issues are still unresolved :(

@HellsbellsO @NatashaRizvi83 @Primark Yeah I found the staff @ Liverpool very rude & abrupt too especially Albert. Colin needs to learn to be proactive! A customer was kicking off & I was next in line. Working in customer services, thought I'd remain calm & courteous but I felt they took their frustration out on me!

@BTCare :( Shikha felt my query had nothing to do with her job role. She told me she logged my issue with complaints dept, that they will call me tomorrow & quickly disconnected the chat... before I even had a chance to request a suitable timing for the callback. And now Q to reconnect!
