Your entire logic fails once you define the premise. Life begins at conception. Sperm = not life, therefore, sperm doesn't equate to fetus.

So.. When does life begin? If sperm were to count as life, then your logic would have some substance. But then your moral argument fails because you'd then be admitting that women who commit abortion are murderers.

Then ethics and law would come in. Should a man be punished legally for masturbating? He is a murderer after all..
