In Buthidaung & Maungdaw, AA collected 4 to 5 lakhs kyats from #Rohingya each village, shopkeeper & trader in the first batch in 2020. Now, people are so worried of being collected second batch in 2021. For the fear of being killed, they can't even tell anyone how much had paid.
