Second week of workout is going really well. Tho yesterday I did over do it so I rested today. Good thing I have walks planned this weekend to cover it. 🥳
This week I started recording my workout minutes. For some reason I’m motivated to reach my goal of 150 minutes per week?
It also helps that I’m letting myself read and lounge after I do it. 😅
