after raising questions about the timing of the Pro/live stage transition — locking accounts one day before qualifying for 3 payouts — Funded Futures Family banned me from their platform.
Asking for fair process shouldn’t get a trader removed. @fundedfamily@elpatronfff@TraderLe@propfirmreport@PropFirmMatch@jacktradesnq@MSTARROHIT

@elpatronfff@Rawwar9542@fundedfamily I reposted what the trader said that looks credible, he never said before 1st payout 💀 he said “one day away from qualifying for 3 payouts”
@FckMonetary@elpatronfff@fundedfamily@TraderLe That’s what they do my mind was blocked at that time just for clarification note post they banned me there services day by day going crazy broh.
Everyone in this thread is talking about credibility. Good — because credibility is exactly what’s on the line here. @fundedfamily
Accounts moved to Live with zero consent, right before a payout window. The ask wasn’t outrage — it was “let pending payouts clear first.” A process question, nothing more.
The reply? “Staggered cycles.” That explains why some account always looks near payout. It doesn’t answer whether this one was paid before or after the switch.
A confident firm answers that with one timestamp. Instead, the trader who asked got a lecture — and a ban.
You want credibility? Post the proof. It takes one screenshot.

After giving it some thought, I think if a firm is going to transition a trader to a live account the day before a scheduled payout, there should be some kind of compromise.
One idea is to allow the trader to receive 50% of their normal maximum payout as a final payout during the transition.
The remaining 50% could be placed into a "vault" and unlocked through milestones. As each milestone is reached, the trader would be able to unlock 15% of the reserved amount, with those funds being added to the live account's drawdown rather than paid out directly.
This gives traders some immediate compensation while also rewarding consistent performance and strengthening the live account over time.
Funded Futures Family: one day away from qualifying for 3 payouts, and accounts were suddenly “selected” for the Pro/live stage - locked before any consent was given. The timing raises serious questions.
No offense to the team, but a reasonable ask would be to allow traders time to complete pending payouts before requiring a move to live. Fair process matters. @fundedfamily@elpatronfff

Appreciate the response. To make sure I understand correctly — can you confirm in writing that the full profit amount on the locked accounts is settled/paid out before the move to Live, rather than after? Just want the process clear for myself and others reading this thread. Not blaming anyone here, just trying to get clarity. Thanks 🙏
Props should give you notice when you purchase an eval/test account and let you know upfront which payout you will be moved to live; this would be adjusted based on the metrics they have on you at that time and would vary from trader to trader.
At least then you will know the exact amount of sim payouts you can expect before you are moved live.
