For people who follow me or liked my posts what do you think I should post about Raww from #forgottenisland?
(No question of the day today cuz I need to think harder)
@TheDailyDewgong Thank you so much I would be sure to keep an eye on ur posts as I really hope this film succeeds in every way and gets a sequel in the future!
Question of the day! #forgottenisland
(trying a different format today to see if it gains traction)
After Jo and Raissa left Nakali, What did you think Raww felt right after seeing his new best friends leave🤔?
Was it sadness? Due to seeing the people he has just spent the best time with leave. Leaving him behind in Nakali with characters like Bungi and mermahn who he had not known for long and have a slight disliking to
Or perhaps it was acceptance? Due to seeing the look on Jo and Raissa faces becoming friends yet again and venturing back into the human world accepting that they might not come back anytime soon or perhaps never again?
Or was it joy? The sight of the two bonding together again could also possibly make him feel joy as he, who used to be a nobody can finally be useful for once in bringing back a friendship that was close to being lost, back to life and also finally ending the endless labour that he had to do to help Batiba steal memories🥹
@FreezinIceKirby@CelStacker Im mainly making this account to promote forgotten island however much I can during its time in the theatres and on streaming platforms due to its poor marketing and my main goal is to somehow contribute to this films success that way forgotten island will get a sequel
I like how defensive Raww is whenever he gets called a “bad dog.” he doesn’t have a reply to those words verbally but his visual expression shows him being very pissed off whenever that two words are used which is what makes him unique as he shows more emotion through his body movements rather than replying opposingly to the insult! #forgottenisland
Directors Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado explain why ‘FORGOTTEN ISLAND’ doesn’t have a traditional villain.
“It was very intentional to break outside the box of expectations, not just for animation but also I think for Western films where you have to make somebody evil.”
@OJ_Juice07 It’s projected but continues to make more money during the weekdays than the previous weekend there is a super high chance it makes even more money than the projected amount and perhaps even more than the first opening weekend
I also just realised that a mullet haircut was considered trendy in the 1980’s and this film was set in the 1990’s and the 2000’s meaning that Raww’s fashion trend is decades behind modern fashion trends possibly due to not seeing a visitor for a long time
I just realised Raww has a long turtle tail at the back of his head which made me laugh a little😂 Sometimes some of the little details movies have can make a big difference to how I view the character which in this context is Raww #forgottenisland
@TheDailyDewgong@AMCTheatres Yes please watch this film if you haven’t! That way we could have more original films in the future and also a forgotten island sequel rather than the same films that have already been ongoing for decades!
@CartoonEmpire_ Im so happy more theatres around the world are starting to show forgotten island I also hope it becomes popular in the countries that just started showing it that way it can make its money back and we can get a sequel!
@Xx_WiReD_xX@TheDailyDewgong Hopefully Mainland china and the UK will make major contributions in making money for this film when they release it in their cinemas
