I want highlight a FRAUD by AMAZON INDIA @amazonIN Recently I bought a product from AMAZON Website and the Seller delivered product of completely different brand and specifications. On raising complaint regarding the product, AMAZON started favoring Seller.

The hk staff are loitering at the coach doors and ignoring service calls. Despite being in an AC coach, the lack of maintenance and service makes it feel like a General class. Please take strict and immediate action.
