I get it… desperate times call for desperate measures. But the idea that Philip Rivers…who last played in the NFL almost 5 years ago, is going to be able to come out of retirement at the age of 44 and then turn around the Colts season seems extremely far-fetched, especially when you look at who the Colts have remaining on their schedule. They have the toughest finish to the season of any team in the NFL.

This should be the focus. 3 loss Alabama with loss to FSU. Should be out. ND and Miami advance.

I come in peace, and with advice, Notre Dame. See how the 2nd half goes and shift the focus of the debate to Alabama. Bama hasn't played well in a month and has the worst loss by far of any contender - at 5-7 FSU. If conf title games are relevant, then bad has to matter too...
