@British_Airways absolutely out done yourselves. Cancelled another of my flights, but this time rebooked me onto another flight which leaves AFTER the connecting flight. You cant make this stuff up. Then, you ask me to call your premium rate number to sort it not your exec number

When I ask for a complaints number, I get some snotty response with a number which "has not been recognised". How can you expect to stay in business when you treat your exec club members like this?
