Cris Collinsworth: Raccoons kept getting my tomatoes. So I went out and bought a crossbow and a ghillie suit. I Camped out in my yard, blasted one at 3 AM, and displayed it as a warning. My neighbors called the ASPCA, so I have a court date next week.
Mike Tirico: Second down
@NFLosophy It's been amazing. For me "hands on keyboard" time was the limiting factor for everything. Effort vs monetization. Now it's like.. Okay screw it I'll dispatch this design for implementation, go to bed, and wake up with new stuff. Testing it is the bottleneck now.
@NFLosophy I see takes like this, but like all software it comes down to requirements, workflow, and specificity. I've had tremendous uplift with Codex and Claude both at my day job and Playoff Predictors in problems that I wouldn't have thought they could solve even 6 months ago.
@DavinRidall_PFN Probably not - I don't really want to open the door to development leagues and feeder leagues, it just gets to be silly to manage and keep track of. I try to stick to the most popular sports at the highest-tiers since those are the ones that will have the most fan interest.
Because it's not worth my time to port them to the v2 system and support division weirdness. Very low demand for past seasons, so I'd rather focus on shipping things people do care about.
Playoff Predictors is not a System of Record for sports.
Playoff Predictors has this for the NFL and I'm still battle testing it for CFB.
Hoping to have it ready in the next day or so.
You lock your picks before the game starts and we grade your pick vs actual outcome. You can change picks up to game start due to injuries and such.
.@RayLehnhoff CFB pick site is ready!!!
-Including every team and updating standings across the board
-Can still pick by conference
