@Nikki_Irish My 11Pro Max lasted 2 years and got hardware malfunction that Apple wants me to pay $600 for it. I got a new 14 Pro Max from Verizon and traded my 11 for $800 😝. Get a new one and trade the 12. It’s worth it. And pay extra through your carrier for protection.
