@virginmedia Every time I do, I am on hold for an hour and I get the same answer!! Engineers are working on it and there is NO estimated end date!! Apparently I'll be reimbursed once the work is done, but I am literally paying you guys for NOTHING.

@virginmedia @virginmedia ethernet cable. Yes I have checked all the connections, switched it all off, done a reset with a pen.Still flashes green at least 10 times a day! When I called 3mths ago, I was told it was due to engineers working in the area. When I called yday, same answer. 😡
