I am wondering if this information is being leaked by an almost broke Harry or Meghan to blackmail his family. An "insider" is confirming that Harry is working on a broad outline for Spare 2. Once he has the outline he can take it to his publisher for upwards of 40 Million as an advance. This book will further trash the royal family of course, and include such things as Harry's battle with the British government for security, the collapse of his charity (Sentebale), the near catastrophic car chase in New York City (lol), and Meghan's business endeavors.
