Cats and crocheting... That's pretty much me :)

[Rachael @Raychip]

Extremely disappointed to find a piece of plastic in my cookie today. This is a serious food safety issue. @mmschocolate please address this immediately

[Rachael @Raychip]

@UrServiceBlows it’s strong competition between @FootLockerEU and @JDWilliamsUSA

[Rachael @Raychip]

@FootLockerEU Just received THE worst customer service on your chat! Told to wait for an answer from a manager & the chat was ended!

[Rachael @Raychip]

@thornbridge Hey! We’ve got some cans of Jamestown from @Tesco in Bolton tonight and there’s something not quite right about them! 😬😬

[Rachael @Raychip]

@DHLParcelUK Hi,what time do you deliver until? Waited in all day for a parcel with no sign!

[Rachael @Raychip]

@Tesco I’ve got 2 items missing from my click & collect order that I picked up today. Second time this has happened. Please can you assist.

[Rachael @Raychip]

@FitbitUK I’m looking for a woven band for the Fitbit charge 4, how long is the back order and is the midnight colour coming back?

[Rachael @Raychip]

@Fabletics waiting 3 days for a response is absolutely ridiculous! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

[Rachael @Raychip]

@Fabletics how can one of my items be out of stock days after I ordered it?!?! 1/2

[Rachael @Raychip]

@Fabletics I feel like I’ve been cheated out of my discounted first order because I only got half of what I wanted! 😭 2/2

[Rachael @Raychip]

@Tesco thank you so much for sorting that for us 😁😁

[Rachael @Raychip]

@Tesco just realised the chicken I bought yesterday (24th) went out of date on the 23rd!! Help!

[Rachael @Raychip]

@Tesco Thank you so much for helping us out so quickly! 🥰

[Rachael @Raychip]

@YankeeCandleEu Opened my advent calendar today to no candle :(

[Rachael @Raychip]

@VIA_Rail an e-mail has been sent explaining the whole situation but no reply

[Rachael @Raychip]

2 I also can’t now buy a ticket because the train was delayed! No1 in the station and no answer from calling cs (which cost £10) @VIA_Rail

[Rachael @Raychip]

@VIA_Rail that’s the number we called but being from the uk we’ve been charged while on hold, didn’t see the kiosks as it was very busy

[Rachael @Raychip]

3. What was an amazing day has now been ruined, dinner reservations cancelled and no time for the CN Tower. Thanks @VIA_Rail
