Pero me imagino que en el caso de México o regiones incluso más grandes, la diferencia de talento es tanta que son completamente diferentes.

Es un torneo parecido al world cup, pero se diferencia en el talento que se presenta ya que muchos jugadores en copa se pueden considerar "semi-pro" mientras que en owwc sería más profesional.
