Today, when we tried to complain, we were simply told to ring another number instead of anyone taking ownership of the issue. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and customer service has been shocking. Really let down.

Really disappointed with Asda. Our grocery delivery was due yesterday but never arrived after the van broke down. We were promised delivery the next evening, but it kept getting delayed until after 11:30pm with no delivery, no call and no update.
