@44Bridger@KTVM6@KXLF The move to UHF is good for the vast majority of viewers, especially if they use indoor antennas. It turns out that in most cases ATSC1.0 signals carry better on UHF frequencies. In fact, the stations had to demonstrate that <500 viewers would lose signal altogether to move!
@44Bridger@KTVM6@KXLF Butte's historic TV stations (4 and 6) broadcast on VHF 4 and 6, including after the digital shutdown (RF 5 and 6), until this year. But if you've never received high-power 18, a UHF channel (RF 19), and it sounds like you never got them even in analog... That's what makes me ask
