@joncoopertweets That would be a disaster. Trump will claim he's been cheated again. Probably means we don't take the senate. House would be touch and go.
@PeterVLang If so Peter, I just realised the starting Penrith pack are all internationals except Kenny. Smith, Leota, Martin, Sorenson and the Australian captain Yeo. And Papali'i is an international as well and I reckon Henry will be one day. Pretty strong lineup again.
@mindy0739365693@Amy_Siskind Everyone is forgetting the Haitians, the Ukrainians and the Poles who worry that Russia will invade. Then there are 'the blacks' who had the watermelon trope reinstated. It's hard to find anyone who hasn't been insulted.
@Amy_Siskind As well as undercounting women, I don't think they have any idea of the wave of D election day voters. They have an army of people who will have already made plans and will drive people to the polls.
@gopicturesny@Amy_Siskind Yes. I agree with you and it's a frightening prospect. I think it means that the electoral college needs to be scrapped and the Voting Rights Act made law to maie America more democratic.
@BBWave2020@cbouzy I think 12-15% of Republicans will vote for Kamala but many also won't turn out. Against that the Democrats will have a massive turnout encouraged by a huge Get out to Vote ground game. Either way it will be a massacre.
@PreetBharara I head to Chennai next week. As I understand it, that is where Kamala used to go each year to visit her grandparents. It was called Madras then. It will be fascinating to see how Indians are responding to having a half Indian Madam President.
