Alamin ang mga benepisyo ng programang ito na naglalayong magbigay ng garantisadong kita para sa mga tsuper at karagdagang diskwento sa pamasahe para sa mga komyuter sa mahigit 800 ruta sa buong bansa na nagsimula noong Abril 15, 2026.

Aabot sa mahigit 14 na libong kilo ng gulay na ani ng mga magsasaka sa Sto Niño at Solana sa Cagayan at Bambang sa Nueva Vizcaya ang natulungang maidala maibenta sa Quezon City at sa karatig na probinsiya sa rehiyon sa pamamagitan ng Kadiwa ng Pangulo Program ng Department of Agriculture - Philippines Regional Field Office 2.

Ito ang tulong ng DA sa mga magsasaka na hirap sa pagbebenta ng kanilang mga ani.

Direkta na naideliver sa merkado ang kanilang aning repolyo, kamatis, ampalaya, talong, sayote at wombok.

Ayon sa DA RFO2 hindi sila titigil sa pagpapalawak ng merkado ng mga magsasaka upang walang masirang mga produce at mapataas ang kanilang kita.

AFP Chief of Staff Emphasizes ASEAN Unity at Maritime Security Symposium

Emphasizing the importance of ASEAN unity in addressing evolving maritime challenges, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff General Romeo S Brawner Jr. took part in the Maritime Security Symposium 2026 on April 10, held here under the theme “Maritime Security in Southeast Asia: Navigating Continuity and Change Through ASEAN.”

In his remarks, General Brawner underscored the importance of unity among ASEAN member states in regional stability, “ASEAN has always drawn its strength from unity of purpose. That unity must continue to guide us not only in preserving what we have built—but in shaping what comes next."

The CSAFP further highlighted the role of the symposium as a platform for meaningful collaboration and collective action among regional partners, “Let this symposium serve not only as a venue for dialogue, but as a shared commitment to act with clarity, to cooperate with purpose, and to uphold a maritime domain that remains a source of stability and connection for all,” he added.

The Maritime Security Symposium, launched by the Philippine Navy in 2015 as part of its anniversary activities, serves as a vital platform for maritime stakeholders to exchange insights on emerging issues and strengthen cooperation toward a safe and secure maritime environment, while reinforcing the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ commitment to safeguarding national sovereignty and promoting regional stability.

Deeply saddened to confirm the death of a Filipino national in a missile attack on a home in Haifa, Israel on the evening of 05 April. She was killed together with her Israeli husband and elderly parents-in-law.

I convey my deepest sympathies to the bereaved family and pray for strength and comfort for them during this difficult time.

The Philippine Embassy in Tel Aviv is now working to bring her remains home as soon as possible despite the present travel situation in the region.

The family asks that their privacy be respected to allow them to grieve in peace.
