the film tells an inspiring true story of how one baseball player helped transform a sport and how that sport, in turn, helped change an entire country
🚨NO ARREST: A Black FedEx driver says this white business owner assaulted him and threatened to shoot him in the FACE.
On camera, the driver says: "That's why you had to threaten with a gun."
His answer: "Yup."
LeRoy Vann says he was doing a routine pickup on Orange Avenue in Tallahassee during FAMU's homecoming. As he walked out with a case already scanned into FedEx's system, he says the owner chased him down, grabbed it, headbutted him, and said he'd get his "pistol."
Police showed up, K-9 unit and all. A witness told them she saw everything. Vann asked to press charges. Police said they had to "do an investigation."
Then, Vann says, an officer told him the owner "just didn't like the way you picked up the case."
"If that was me doing that to him, I would have been in handcuffs."
Is he right?
Thanks for digging this up. People have been PRETENDING like they gave Rihanna unprecedented support. When she sent Megan flowers yall were chatting shit. This is how the black community behaves.
When we’re done we’d move on to how yall were calling Ciara and Serena trans.
kind of surprised by the number of people who didn’t know that a huge portion of hollywood either sided with chris brown or coddled him. rihanna was being attacked from every side. people love to say that moment ruined his career, but most of his success came after that.
He’s raping girls so young that they can’t even produce milk to breastfeed the babies he’s forcing them to have, and notice how he treats this all as a completely unavoidable situation he can’t quite figure out how he could have prevented.
“Stop raping” is simply not available as a thought in his cognitive repertoire.
This is why so many women nowadays don’t want to get married anymore. It has nothing to do with “feminist propaganda” as men like to lie to themselves. We just don’t want to be a maid and babysitter for a grown ass man who brings nothing to the table other than more chores.
🚨 BREAKING: A Black couple showed up to tour an apartment in Queens... and the broker accidentally texted THEM instead of the owner: "Ugh. They are Black."
They'd just moved from Delaware for her new job. Now they're SUING Douglas Elliman, the agent AND the owners.
"It doesn't change the pain. It doesn't take away the pain you caused us that day."
Think about it. They were judged before they even had a chance.
They only found out because she texted the wrong person. Most people never do.
Everybody needs to blow this post up because that sheriff's deputy needs to be prosecuted for brutal assault and battery on a woman. What a fricking roided up piece of trash. Unbelievable what cops think they can get away with these days.
