7+ months since Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found dismembered in the front trunk of #D4vd’s Tesla, and still no charges, no press conference, no answers.

LAPD’s own press release told the public there may be no criminal culpability beyond “concealment of a body.” That was a lie.

Concealment is a misdemeanor in CA.
Dismemberment is mutilation of a corpse, a felony.
The DA’s own legal filings confirm her body was cut apart and placed in separate bags. That is not “concealment,” and they knew that from day one. They lied to us.

So why are LAPD and the DA lying to the public?

They also sealed the Medical Examiner’s report, claiming it was only to ensure detectives received it first, yet months later it remains sealed.

Why the silence?
Why no transparency?
Why no charges?
What are they hiding?

Is this a blown investigation?

We cannot move on and forget about this case like they want us to.

Justice delayed is justice denied. The time for accountability is now. Do your jobs and remain accountable to the public you serve. #D4vd #CelesteRivasHernandez

What I am most curious about in the #CelesteRivasHernandez case is what #D4vd’s reaction or explanation was when it was disclosed on September 8 that a body had been found in a car registered to him. The only people who would know that are those who were on tour with him at the time.

I know Neo started the tour with him, but I do not believe he was there for the entire duration. Rob likely was involved, but he may not have been on the road continuously or present at every show. Aysia, however, I believe was with David the entire time, on the road and at each show and was with him the day the news broke.

I believe that because Aysia left her car at the rental house on the day they boarded the tour bus for the first show in San Francisco in July. Her car was not picked up until September 19th, when her father retrieved it late that evening, as seen on surveillance.

It would be extremely telling to know how those conversations unfolded after it became public that Celeste’s body had been found. I am sure there was shock. Not about the body itself, because they already knew about that (in my opinion), but about the fact that the world was now of what kind of people they are.

Who can do this to a 14-year-old, or even have knowledge of it, and still live with themselves? Months later and not even a single offer of condolences to Celeste's family and friends from any of them. Nobody has ever been convicted of a crime by offering a condolence. And if people are offered immunity it doesn't mean they are not guilty it means they got lucky. But karma does not care about luck.

To be clear I am sick and fucking tired of each day that goes by that those responsible are not behind bars. It's time to fucking pay for what you, or each of you, did.

I am not going to use anyone’s name, but it will probably be obvious what I am referring to. If that violates anything and someone feels I need to be arrested, then honestly being locked up without a phone and a computer sounds like a dream vacation right now, so that is fine with me.

Freezing a body completely halts the decomposition process. It freezes the liquid inside the tissues and prevents bacteria from spreading, which is required for decomposition. There are people on Mt. Everest who have been above ground for decades and are still preserved. Morgues use refrigeration to slow decomposition for this exact reason.

Saying a pathologist cannot make a determination because a body was frozen is completely out of touch with basic science. A Medical Examiner would prefer for a body to be immediately frozen because it becomes a time capsule.

Medical students train for surgery on cadavers. Bodies are routinely frozen and thawed for educational and surgical training. I screenshot and attached messages from two medical professionals discussing the process of moving a body from a -4 degree freezer into a 39 degree refrigerator and the body was fully thawed in four days. Another professional notes that a fully deep frozen body will thaw in 48 to 72 hours when done in a controlled setting. Not in a hot frunk. So how could a body still be partially frozen after sitting in a frunk for months?

If you want to change the timeline now, fine. Let us say a body was placed there on the day the parking enforcement officer first ticketed the vehicle. We know from tire chalking that the car never moved. That is thirteen to fourteen days before the body was found in the Tesla frunk. And people actually believe TMZ when they say the body was still partially frozen when it arrived at the Medical Examiner’s Office. What the actual f##k.

Right now the choice is between science and TMZ, and it is shocking how many people are choosing TMZ. This is the same outlet that published breaking news today saying the house on Doheny has a refrigerator and freezer in the kitchen, an appliance every house has.

Kai Cenat blows past the world record for most Twitch subscribers and hits 1,000,000 subs 27 days into his 30 day marathon.

The new wave of creators, Kai, Speed, Ibai, AMP and others have taken livestreaming to the next level. They create moments that truly have to be experienced while they're happening. You can't watch the VOD on Youtube and get it. You have to be part of it right then. Kai leverages the "I was here" feeling better than anyone has ever done on live.

Kai, AMP, and his team are pushing the medium of livestreaming. The last 30 days he's had marching bands, Ninja Warrior courses, Linkin Park playing in his bedroom, celebrity collaborations, helicopter rides, just insane unimaginable production quality that prepared VOD can't do much less a fully live environment.

There's a ton of people chanting for this guy's downfall, but the market always rewards quality if you push past the haters. Media history made tonight. Kai is a true pioneer of the livestreaming medium.

Let's speculate that the Telsa was moved the last time and left in the parking spot it was impounded from right before the tour started in San Fran. Who actually moved the Tesla the final time? You don't get answers unless you ask questions, so I'll ask-- Was it Neo? Just curious. #CelesteRivasHernandez #Celesterivas #D4vd
