35 days ago we decided that we wanted to take our Whiskey Aged Beef to the next level, we infused our Dry Aged Tallow with a whole bottle of Whiskey and then smothered a whole Bone In Prime Rib in it!!

And then put it to sleep...

Well today we decided it was time to wake it up from it's month long slumber and the results are in and OMFG it's off the charts!!

The smell as I began to peel back the Whiskey Tallow crust 🤌🤌

The dark ageing outer crust that is normally associated with dry ageing was almost nonexistent and yup, you guessed it, we cooked one up for lunch and I can safely say we achieved what we set out to do!

This was stunning 😋😋

The depth of flavour 👌
The Texture👌

One or Two little variations in the pipeline and we will have these on a regular basis 😎
