Vote no on Admendment 3. It doesn't allow homegrow in Florida and would allow lawsuit immunity for MSOs like @Trulieve to not be sued if they cause any health issues in the grow facility or with their products (such as mold and pesticides). #cannabis #trulieve #florida

@BellamyBrothers As much as I love that Floridians have this right. Ive seen a lot of the proposal would belp Trulieve (your partner) have a monopoly with maybe one other company. As well as the grow facility Trulieve has is full of mold and algea. Pass legal weed in FL but not moldy boof
