@FijiAirways I purchased a specific itinerary and paid additional fees for seat selections and baggage services. However, Fiji Airways took my money and isn't honoring what I paid for. Asking for additional fees due to THEIR route change. Do better!
@ChaseSupport I have already shared all those details and spoken with your executive office, and they advised that they cannot help. Here is their stand, which is not helping the customers. Chase customers are NOT Chase's priority.
