I have been waiting for two to three days but no one has given me a clear reply as to why my case is still pending. During this time, I have received no proper updates, and it is very frustrating and unfair.

My merchant status was disqualified simply because I used the Quick Release button — a feature provided by Binance itself. If using this button can result in disqualification of merchant status, then why is it provided on the platform at all? I used it only to protect my rights as a merchant in good faith.

I request that you review my case urgently and reinstate my merchant status. Please provide a clear and fair resolution without further unnecessary delay.
