@ShortyShortcurl @Tundru_DireWolf Most people cross safe, but the risk of being thrown in ICE detention for weeks surely a reason to be worried. especially when you never know what the next day will being with Trumps government

@Tundru_DireWolf So while its unlikely, it is possible and a lot of people are not willing to take that risk, especially if they are LGBTQ+, the US government changes its polices with no notice and a a few EU counties have active travel advisories against the US right now. Caution isnt overkill

@Tundru_DireWolf Regardless of other people saying its fine, which for most people it will be. The risk is that they CAN and have been increasing detention of travellers who are legal or have crossed a technically. And they are not just being sent home, the are being detained for weeks by ICE
