@PapaGlutton @royalserf Self defense law doesn’t require someone to wait until they’re unconscious or staring at a gun. A sucker punch and continued assault on pavement can absolutely justify fearing serious bodily harm. Also “no marks on his face” means nothing. He was obviously attacked.

Therefore he was assaulted and feared seriously bodily harm. If this wasnt a mutual fight, id say self defense, Therefore justified shooting.
