Lastly for this evening, but definitely not least, I would like to conclude by recognizing and thanking other folks who have also been heroic in their altruistic efforts following the conclusion of the Lindsay Clancy Trial, starting with one man in particular: @Tomhennessey69

We are deeply grateful to Tom for his noteworthy efforts to fundraise for and support our Heroic Holdout. It is noticed and appreciated. Thank you, Tom!

The same gratitude extends to multiple other extremely generous individuals who took it upon themselves to come to the aid of our Heroic Holdout during these chaotic times. We will be in touch with all of them and will be thanking every single one of them personally. As I made clear this evening, unauthorized does not in any way mean unappreciated.

However, as should be easy to understand, some people are not as well-intentioned as Tom and it is a simple fact of human nature that 100% fakes and scams always pop up in fast-moving and highly publicized situations such as this. This is not gatekeeping: it is a simple cautious and common sense observation intended to protect well-meaning folks who wish to aid a good cause but are justifiably desirous that their donations end up in the right hands. Accordingly, later today, we will be establishing an authorized, consolidated, and official fundraiser for our Heroic Holdout moving forward.

While I appreciate and respect the numerous understandable media requests that have poured in this evening regarding our American Hero and Champion of Justice, he will not be giving any interviews at this time. None. Zero. Moreover, I too will not be giving any interviews on his behalf at this time. None. Zero.

Again, we are focused entirely on his health, safety, and well-being. There will be a time for accountability and a time for the real story of the Lindsay Clancy Trial to be told. But not right now.

Any attempts to contact our Heroic Lone Holdout Juror will not be well-taken. Please respect his dignity, humanity, and privacy. Stay away from his home, stop calling him, and don't even think about deciphering his location.

🚨GiveSendGo Juror Update:

First thing tomorrow morning, GiveSendGo co-founder Jacob Wells (@jacobawells) informed me that he plans to make direct contact with Michael, the holdout juror.

Jacob wants to personally ensure that the money raised for Michael through the GiveSendGo started by @TomHennessey69 makes its way to him safely and directly.

I’ll keep everyone updated on how that goes.

I know many of you donated your hard-earned money to Michael, so I’m sure it’s reassuring to know the co-founder himself is personally helping make sure those funds get where they’re supposed to go.

Apparently the Go Fund Me and Give Go Send accounts set up for Juror Michael are fraudulent according to Michael's new attorney, @EdPaltzik with the caveat that some may have been set up by well-meaning individuals.

I hope the money can be recovered for Michael.

I am so very glad that Attorney Paltzik is representing him and his interests.

🔻Clancy defense attorney Kevin Reddington who gender doxxed him and accused him of being a bigot
🔻Juror Paula Devlin who got on national television and revealed he was a Black man in his mid 30s
🔻Local NBC's Sue O'Connell who published personal details about him including his court cases, eviction judgement etc, making him identifiable
🔻Aidan Kearney (turtleboy) who published his name, picture and personal information online and
🔻Other Jurors who made accusations against him like, he refused to follow the law and he was arrogant.

Attorney Edward Andrew Paltzik just made the announcement. Paltzik described his client as a courageous champion of justice, said the man is in a safe location in rural northern New England, and said his immediate focus is the juror’s health, safety, and well-being.

Paltzik already represents three friends of Nolan Wells - Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour - in defamation actions over false claims that they had something to do with Wells' d*th.

Fast Facts:
🔻Foreperson Roni Carlson accused him of not following the law and wanted to get him kicked off the jury.

She also claimed he admitted he had reasonable doubt - something he reportedly said is not true.

🔻Paula Devlin called him “very arrogant” and said he “completely disregarded” explanations from nurses on the jury about toxicology results.

She also identified him as a Black man in his 30s and the only person of color on a panel of nine women and three men.

🔻Nick Dargie said he found it “disgusting” when the holdout used an exercise band and a water bottle to demonstrate the strangulations.

🔻Defense lawyer Kevin Reddington called the holdout a man who “stole seven weeks of the life of these other jurors” and said “they were robbed by one man.”

🔻Reddington accused him of discriminating against Clancy because she was in a wheelchair and also revealed his gender in court

🔻 Local NBC10 Boston’s Ryan Kath reported personal details and court records of the juror - then people then matched docket details to find his identity.

🔻On Sept. 12 Kearney, Turtleboy, posted his name and photograph.

Kearney is separately facing witness-intimidation / jury intimidation and related charges tied to the Karen Read case.
