A 75 year old man and his 73 year old wife were victims of a home invasion just after midnight last night.

The 34 year old home invader stabbed the couple and left the home only to try and re-enter and finish the job.

It was then that the 75 year old man shot the home invader.

The elderly couple were flown to the Gold Coast hospital, both in a critical condition.

The 34 year old home invader was taken to Armidale Hospital, and quite frankly, I dont think there's a single person who cares about his condition.

They were not known to each other, this was just another random attack.

My thoughts and prayers are with the elderly couple.

Alison Penfold’s bill is the first bill put to parliament in 2026. Soon, Pauline Hanson will submit hers (she already tried in 2024). To be honest, I support both of them.
